Miley Cyrus clarifies rumor of her rekindling romance with Nick Jonas, stating that they are just friends and will remain so.

Admitting that she indeed has been hanging out with ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas, Miley Cyrus insists that her relationship with the youngest member of band Jonas Brothers is not more than just a friend. Writing on her Twitter page, she calls report of her rekindling romance with Nick as a "stupidddd rumor."

On why she remains friends with Nick, Miley states their passion for music is the reason. She notes, "He reaches out to so many people with his music, not only with his talent but with his heart. Our love for music is something that keeps our friendship together and I KNOW NO MATTER [what] he will be my friend forever."

"It makes me sad to think that people out there aren’t friends with THEIR ex bf," Miley writes further, this time commenting on people who have feud with their ex-lovers. "Because let me tell u it IS possible."

Comparing between Nick and Justin Gaston, the underwear model she is currently dating, Miley claims though they are both amazing, Justin is the one who always makes her laugh. "Justin and Nick are two very amazing people and they both mean so much to me," she shares. "I love both of them so much, and they are both very dear to my heart. Justin is an amazing person! He can always make me laugh and has a heart of gold."

Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas were rumored to rekindle their romance. "Miley and Nick want to get back together. Because they’re working together [on a new video], they’ve been put in close proximity to each other. They’re now spending more and more time together, and they’re constantly on the phone," New York Daily News reported at the time.
