Selena Gomez and Taylor Lautner are just friends.
"Just because they’re hanging out together doesn’t mean they’re dating, you know," Gomez’s Wizards of Waverly Place costar Jennifer Stone told E! News at the Catch Boutique and Operation Smile party in L.A. Thursday night.
"A lot of girls have guy friends," Stone added.
Rumors began to swirl that Gomez, 16, was dating the Twilight star, 17, after they were photographed looking cozy in Vancouver last week. Lautner has also been spotted visiting Gomez on the set of her new movie, Ramona and Beezus.
A source also confirms to the new issue of Us Weekly: "They’ve hung out a few times, but they are not dating."
